Titus Andronicus's /. reply/comment mentioned a twenty-five minutes and 38 seconds Weather Underground documentary video showing "Dead Heat: Overturning the World's Hottest Temperature" on an investigation and decertification of the world's hottest temperature set at Al Azizia, Libya in 1922.
