Unknown at this time for this old fan.

Maybe during the non-paid Christmas 2015 break if anyone is free to see it. It is not a must see right away like during the young adult days. Reviews first too! However, today would had been perfect to do it early. Maybe next weekend too, but the theat(er/re)s would be super crowded, tired, and crazy though. :(

HollyWEIRD attempts failed thrice.

On the 18th with an available ticket due to someone being sick, but it was too late due to a last minute work change. Yesterday, old king and queen ants were scared to go with the crowds and were 5-10 minutes drive away. Today with friends :~(ing about it being too far even if their expensive tickets were free as belated Christmas (gift/present)s. :(

"No, I care not for ..."

o/~ ... oops, I did it again... o/~ They are basically the same answer. No fixing it since it is minor and would reset the old poll's votes. :(

ANTh Vader saw Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Episode VII/7)!

No spoilers!

After a week from its American release date, ANTh Vader has finally watched Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Episode VII/7), but in 2D (bah to 3D) and a local cheap and noisy (several younglings too) AMC theatre ($6.09 [lots of 609 lately] at 11:30 AM PST [USA]) after failing to see it in a top quality HollyWEIRD theat(er/re) thrice. Either way, this Star Wars fan wanted to see it badly and as soon as possible (ASAP) even with non-hardcore people (like friends).

The movie/film started out slow with not many big action scenes like in the past, but things got moving along. Lots of new characters, aliens, etc. Also, old and older-looking) characters came back that watchers cheered for. Same for visual, audio, story, scenes, etc. Of course, there were a few len flares that JJ Abrams love to use. Lots of parts were predictable and repeats though. It felt good to see and hear references from past original trilogy (movie/film)s.

Episode #7 was definitely better than the prequels, but not good as the original trilogy. A 7/10 rating. It would be ranked maybe at #3 with #1 being The Empire Stikes Back (episode V/5) and The Phantom Menace (Episode I/1) at #7. As a fan, this ant will watch it again but hopefully in a better theat(er/re) before going back to normal work life.

Welcome back, Star Wars! Hopefully, it will good as the original trilogy. Amazingly, this old ant's body stayed in control without any restroom breaks (went before the trailers started and during the (clos/end)ing credits). :D
